Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts cut into 1/3 or 1/2's
10 Ritz crackers
1/4 c. mik
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. shredded cheddar/monterrey jack cheese
Directions:
Cut chicken into 1/3's or in 1/2 and coat in crushed Ritz crackers.
Place in Pam'd (pan sprayed with Pam) 9 X 13" pan.
Mix milk and soup and pour over top.
Bake at 400* for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top -- Bake about 3-5 more minutes.
Serve over rice.
YUMMY -- the rice gets nice n' CHEESY!

While I don't eat chicken, this recipe would be great to try on Shane. But I have a request: when you get a chance we need your "trifle" recipe online. :)
This is a great idea -- it's too bad we can't form a community blog and all upload recipes as we find new favorites...hmmm.
